Service Delivery Policy

GREENLENS provides project-based production services and digital video deliverables according to each accepted scope.
Delivery method
Approved files are generally delivered digitally through a download link, shared folder, or another method stated in the project terms. Physical media is not included unless written into scope.
Schedule
Estimated production and delivery dates depend on scope, filming access, client inputs, approvals, revision timing, crew availability, and technical requirements. A schedule is confirmed for each accepted project.
Review and revisions
Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts and providing consolidated feedback within the agreed time. Included revision rounds are listed in the project scope. New direction or additions may require revised price and timing.
File formats and storage
Final formats are agreed before delivery. Raw footage, editable project files, alternate formats, captions, and archival storage are included only when stated in writing. Clients should download and back up approved files promptly.
Acceptance
Deliverables are considered complete when they materially match the accepted scope and included revisions are completed. Technical corrections reported within a reasonable review period will be evaluated against the approved specifications.
