Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Terms govern use of the GREENLENS website and any video production services accepted through a written scope, estimate, or agreement.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and project-inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use content in a way that violates rights or law.
Project formation
A website submission is a request for information and does not create a service agreement. A project begins only after scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, payment terms, and other material terms are confirmed in writing by GREENLENS and the client.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely, accurate information; necessary access and approvals; authorized materials; filming permissions; and consolidated feedback. Delays or changes in client inputs may affect schedule and price.
Scope, changes, and payment
Only deliverables and revision rounds written in the accepted scope are included. Additional filming, revisions, formats, travel, crew, graphics, or schedule changes may require a revised quote. Payment terms are stated in the project agreement or invoice.
Rights and materials
Each party retains its pre-existing materials. Rights in final deliverables, source files, raw footage, music, fonts, stock assets, and third-party materials are governed by the written project terms and applicable licenses. No right is transferred before required payment is received.
Acceptable content
GREENLENS may decline work that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or outside the stated service scope. Clients are responsible for claims, permissions, releases, and materials they provide.
Disclaimers and liability
Website information is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, GREENLENS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or a project. Any project-specific remedies are controlled by the accepted written terms.
Changes
These Terms may be updated prospectively. The version applicable to a project is the version incorporated into the accepted project terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
